Golf instruction at Rumbling Bald Resort means we work with each student to understand their golf swing and provide a number of comprehensive drills to take advantage of strengths and to address weakness. Simplicity in swinging the club is the key element of the teaching that Art and his staff provide each student.

There are many different ways to swing the club and be successful.  Each week on TV you see it at the different tournament sites.  Practice makes perfect only if your practice is fruitful and provides you the direction necessary to achieve your end result.

Art was fortunate to have learned the game from three of the most accomplished instructors and players to ever play this wonderful game. Bill Melhorne (member of the 1st Ryder Cup Team and leading money winner on the tour), Jack Grout (Jack Nicklaus first and life long instructor while on tour), and Bob Toski (the leading instructor in the country during the 70’s & 80’s and still today considered one of the top ten). Each taught Art the importance of being fundamentally sound and the simplicity in swinging the club.  Our goal is to teach you this.  We're done when each student leaves an instruction session with a better understanding of their golf swing and what needs to be done to continually improve.
