Immerse yourself in George Vanderbilt's 250-room chateau, explore the World Famous Gardens, and enjoy wine-tasting or souvenir shopping at the Biltmore Estate Winery.

Where:

The resort shuttle departs from the Wellness Center at 8:30 am. Drive time to the Estate is about one hour. Guests will be able to tour the main Biltmore Estate Home & Conservatory until 1:00 pm. Next, the shuttle will take the group to the Winery at 1:30, and load up for the drive back to the resort around 3:00 pm. Guests will be return to the resort by 4:30 pm. The tour is run year round, weather dependent. |

| Cost: |
$65 per person. Includes round trip transportation to the Biltmore Estate, historical narrative from driver, and entrance ticket to the grounds. Lunch is an additional cost. Payment will be collected prior to departing the Wellness Center. |
| Activity Level: |
Moderate walking, guests should be in good health and able to walk at least one mile with little effort. |
| What to Bring: |
Dress for comfort and bring a one quart water bottle and camera! Make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes and wear layers to allow for changeable mountain weather. Monies for lunch and souvenirs are also recommended. |
