Mountain Kids Club programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis from June 10 – August 19 2008.

All programs require advance registration and require a minimum of 6 registered participants by 7:00 pm on the day prior to the program. If the minimum enrollment is not met, registered participants will be contacted by 9:00 pm.

Full payment is due at registration.

Parents or Legal Guardians must fill out appropriate release forms for each child attending before the group departs. Forms are available online, at the Resort Welcome Coffee, or at the Wellness Center desk.

Participants must be at least 7 years old, and no older than 13.

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Please make sure your kids come prepared for the day and bring any required or recommended items.

An additional fee of $5 per each 15 minutes will be assessed for late post-event child pick-up.

Participants must be at the program meeting location 15 minutes prior to program start.

Programs usually run rain or shine. Refunds will be given for any weather cancellations.
