Kids Only Kayak Tours
|
| For 2008 our Mountain Kids Club is offering expanded kayak excursions for youth ages 7-13. Come learn about the ancient sport of kayaking and play fun boating games to cool off in the summer heat. We embark on our wildlife journey from the North Shore Cabana and glide silently along looking for Bald Eagles, Great Blue Herons, and Lake Turtles. Activity Level: Beginner-oriented. No experience necessary. |

Please arrive at the North Shore Cabana no later than 3:45 p.m. to fill out your pre-trip release forms and paperwork. Parents should pick up children from the North Shore Cabana promptly at 6 pm. |

What to Bring:
|
|
We recommend that all participants come dressed in a bathing suit and T-shirt, wear Teva type river sandals with straps (no flip flops), and bring a bottled water. Sunscreen and a hat are always recommended. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the trip. All kayaking instructors are CPR and First Aid certified and have a passion for exploring our beautiful area as well as teaching youth.
