Low Impact Outdoor Fitness Adventure

In this fun, low-impact class, you'll see the resort property in a whole new light - using rocks, trees, stairs, hills, and boardwalks to strenghthen and stretch your entire body. Exercises include but are not limited to: walking, reaching, deep knee bends, modified pushups, and modified dips. It's your walk....with a boost! Class meets at the Wellness Center on Thursdays at 4:00pm.
