Where is the Resort located?
Rumbling Bald Resort is located in Lake Lure, North Carolina. We are approximately 30 miles southeast of Asheville, NC and 64 miles north of Greenville SC. Please click here to see driving directions and maps. Rumbling Bald Resort is easily accessed from Interstates 85, 40, and 26.

Is an Airport Shuttle available?
Arrangements for airport pick-up and drop-off can be made with a Resort Shuttle depending on your flight times. Most guests prefer to prefer to rent a vehicle from an airport rental agency. Please contact Judson Langston, Account Executive, for airport shuttle or rental information. Is parking available on the Resort?
Rumbling Bald Resort has ample and free parking for group events. If needed, we can make arrangements for valet parking for your group. Limited parking is available for groups traveling by motor coach; please contact Celeste Schroeder to make arrangements for motor coach parking. Rumbling Bald Resort does not permit motorcycles on Resort roads. Special arrangements are also needed to coordinate boat trailer storage for visiting crew teams.

How large of group can Rumbling Bald Resort accommodate? Rumbling Bald Resort can accommodate groups ranging in size from 16 to 300 members. Our Group Sales Department will work with your group to secure lodging, meeting space, tee times and all necessary banquet services. We make your job simple by providing you one point of contact to take care of all your needs.

Don't worry! Families and individuals with less than 16 in their group may make all arrangements directly with a Resort Reservations Agent. Please call 800.419.3854 to speak with an agent between 8 am and 5 pm eastern time.
