Driving Directions from Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure

Turn right at the Rumbling Bald Resort security gate cross the small bridge and make a left turn on Buffalo Creek Road. Proceed 2.3 miles to Bill's Creek Road (3-way intersection in front of Dalton's General Store)

Turn left onto Bills Creek Road (#1008) and proceed 7 miles.

Turn left on Cove Road and proceed 7.1 miles. Veer left continue onto Sugar Hill Road (#1001) for an additional 4.6 miles.

Take I-40 East to Hickory, leaving the highway at Exit 126. Turn right at the off-ramp, then right onto Hwy 70 West. Hickory Furniture Mart is on the left.
