A wonderful local store with handmade American Craft, Jewelry, Pottery, Soaps, Candles, Books, Garden Accents, Original Folk Art and more.  In the farm store and grocery, you will find locally raised grass fed beef, chicken and pork, organic milk and free-range eggs collected daily from our flock of heritage breed hens plus all the essentials.  Local produce is available in season.

Slick Rock Country Emporium is reviving handmade and traditional cottage industry in Bat Cave, North Carolina. Visitors will find a surprising selection of work from over fifty local artists. The gallery, studio and farm store is located next to a spring fed waterfall on the site of a 19th century homestead formerly known as Slick Rock Orchard established in 1888. Guests will find Slick Rock Country Emporium on the way to Hendersonville, just a few minutes past Chimney Rock Village
