Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure is a picturesque 2,900 acre Blue Ridge Mountain resort resort community with year-round activities and amenities for the entire family. Offering golf, tennis, spa, dining, swimming, boating and much more, each season here is filled with something unique to our mountain lifestyle. Our name comes from the 2,800 foot Rumbling Bald Mountain with it's towering cliffs perched high above beautiful Lake Lure and the Resort. Over the past 55 years we've become the preferred Blue Ridge Mountain home for golfers, outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike and we welcome you to our community.
Community Governance Information
The primary purpose of our community is to provide for the governance, business, and communal aspects of the community. This is achieved by administering, maintaining, and enhancing our residential real estate development, and through the establishment of a system of property rights, binding protectove covenants and restrictions, and rules and regulations.
