Architectural Controls Committee at Rumbling Bald Resort
Rumbling Bald Resort is dedicated to creating a superior living environment and to protect the investment of it's members, through the preservation of the tranquility, natural beauty and splendor of this area. Great care has been taken in the planning, design and construction of structures to ensure aesthetic harmony throughout Rumbling Bald Resort. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Rules and Regulations have been developed to help property owners, contractors, residents and realtors understand and become active participants in the process of assuring community quality within a natural environment.
ACC Meeting Dates
The ACC meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month in the Member's Room. To confirm specific meeting dates and times, please check the online events calendar or call the ACC hot line at (828) 694-3028. **Please note: The deadline to submit plans for committee review is 4:00 PM on the Thursday preceding the ACC Meeting.
