Rumbling Bald Resort Community Governance Policies
The fundamental purpose of community association rules is to provide a basis for protecting members' equity in the development and to provide the framework within which people can live in harmony in a group situation. A Policy is defined as a plan or course of action, guiding principle or procedure, intended to influence and determine decisions, actions, and other matters. The policies below have been adopted by the Board of Directors.
