This newer home offers fantastic views of the #6 Green on Bald Mountain Golf Course and the mountains. Greenview is well appointed, featuring a majestic stone fireplace at the focal point of the massive great room with large screen TV. The main floor kitchen is well stocked and the table in the dining area seats 8 people. Upstairs is a full bath and two bedrooms, plus a loft. Downstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, and another full bath. Also on this level is a game room with pool table, foosball table, ping pong and an indoor putting green. The game room features a large flat screen TV and a flat screen TV for gaming, You typically will not find furnishings and decorations in a rental home that you can enjoy at Greenview. The furnishings are comfortable, and living spaces are bright and welcoming. This is a wonderful home for a golf group or multi family vacation; Greenview can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 separate bedrooms.
Rental Information
This property allows for 12 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $50 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
