The vaulted great room with clerestory windows has a full-size billiard table, stone gas log fireplace, sofa, loveseat, leather love seat, and satellite TV with DVD player. Besides playing pool, you and your guests can also choose from a selection of Playstation videogames as well as a collection of books, board games, videotapes, and DVD’s. The outdoor deck has a hot tub, gas barbeque grill, table with shade umbrella, chairs, loungers, and views of woodlands, treetops, and Rumbling Bald Mountain. An eat-in kitchen with wood parquet floors features a round oak dining table that seats 4, 2 stools along a breakfast counter, double oven, range, side-by-side refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and center island. Near the kitchen is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer plus a half bath. On the main level is one large bedroom with queen bed, TV/DVD, and private bath with separate tub and shower. Downstairs are more bedrooms: one with queen sleigh bed and twin sleeper sofa, one with a day bed, and one with a full bed and full futon. All three bedrooms have TV's, and they share a single bath with tub/shower. This home offers in-home internet. There have been numerous upgrades and renovations to this home. There is a new cook top, renovated bathroom, freshly painted lower level, new window treatments in all rooms. The carpeting and wallpaper is new, and there is brand new flooring in the great room and hall. The gas grill is a new smoler gas grill, and there is new deck seating. This property allows for 10 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals.
