With just a short walk to all resort amenities the Terrace House is ideal for both families and golfers. Two beautiful decks provide wonderful mountain and golf course views and a perfect setting for evening entertaining. Terrace House is one of the closest homes to the marina, mini-golf, lazy river pool, spa, tennis courts, basketball courts and fitness center activities. This beautifully decorated home has it all: Wireless Internet Access, pool table, library, big screen TV, two large decks, electric grill, fireplace and spacious, well-equipped kitchen.
Rental Information
This property allows for 12 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental. To discuss other options with the Resort rental staff, please call 800-419-3854 for offline support between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Time.
