The living room has 2 L-shaped sofas, 2 rocker recliners, a stone Duralog-burning fireplace, and wall-mounted 50-inch flat screen TV with DVD player.

The kitchen and eating area has a dining table with 6 chairs, ceramic top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker. High speed wireless internet is part of this home's added features. Off the great room is a deck overlooking the woods with chairs and a gas grill. Two bedrooms on the main level share a bath with a Jacuzzi tub; bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a full bed. Both have TVs. On the upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, is an office area with desk and a bunk bed. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and twin sleeper sofa. (There is no bath on this upstairs level). Downstairs is a second bath with shower, plus fireplace, laundry room and a game room. The game room includes a ping pong table, 32-inch flat screen TV, and Nintendo system with several games such as Zelda.
