Property Information
Watch the sunrise illuminate Rumbling Bald Mountain from the great room or west deck with your morning coffee. Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home located just four houses from the recreation center and beach and across the street from the 12th tee of the Bald Mountain Golf course. The first level of the home features a fully equipped kitchen, stackable washer and dryer. The great room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen is arranged in an open floor plan. The great room has an unobstructed view of Rumbling Bald Mountain.
The master bedroom is on this level with a queen size bed and one bathroom with shower. There is ample seating in the living room with two sofas and a recliner. One sofa is a queen sized sleeper sofa. Books, magazines, movies and games are located on both floors. A 40-inch flat screen TV in the living room makes it easy to see your favorite shows on the Cable TV or DVD player. There's a VCR located on both floors. In addition a stereo with CD player is located in the great room. The second floor has a landing overlooking the great room and dining area.
The second bedroom has a TV, a queen bed with a private deck with a year round view of Young's Mountain and a winter view of Lake Lure and the beach.
The third bedroom has a TV, a day bed with trundle and a second twin bed with a full-shared bath between the bedrooms. Huge wrap around deck with a western view of Rumbling Bald Mountain sunsets and an eastern view of sunrises over Young's Mountain. Well equipped deck furniture with loveseat, chairs, loungers and tables for use in sun or shade. Non-Smoking.
Rental Information
This property allows for 8 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $50 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
