A vaulted great room features a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, armchair, settee, large gas log fireplace, and mission-style entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR and CD. The dining table seats 5, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast counter, a foldaway extra table that seats 4 more, and an outdoor dining table. A cozy kitchen is equipped with ceramic top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffeemaker. On the main floor is one bedroom with a queen bed, full bed, TV/DVD/VCR, and adjacent bath. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to an upper loft second bedroom with a full bed, futon, TV, and private bath with step-in shower. On a lower level is a third bedroom with queen bed, futon, TV, private bath, and outside porch with swing. Steps outside lead to a lower level game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and air hockey. This home also includes an outdoor rear deck with gas grill, sunroom with day bed and wicker furniture, laundry room, plus high-speed internet access.

This property allows for 8 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
