Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on opposite sides on the entry level. One bedroom has a queen bed and two bunk beds; the other has a queen bed and day bed. Stairs down lead to a spacious master suite with king bed, queen sleeper sofa, large bath with tub/shower and double sinks, TV/VCR, and a separate balcony deck facing the lake.

Stairs up from the entry level lead to the great room with sofa, twin wing chairs, stone fireplace, dining area with table and six chairs plus three additional chairs along a counter. Relax in the great room with TV, DVD, VCR, and CD in the entertainment center or step outside, relax, and take in the views from the deck. The oak-floored kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender. The owner has thoughtfully labeled the contents of all of the oak cabinets, making it easy for you to find dinnerware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils. This condo also has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

This property allows for 11 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $50 is charged on all rentals.
