One bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a futon that makes a full bed, the other has 2 queen beds; both of these bedrooms have ceiling fans, TV/VCR's, and baths with tub/showers. The vaulted ceiling great room sports a large plush sofa, leather rocker recliner, glider rocker, entertainment center with TV/DVD, a dining table with seats for 4, plus 2 seats along a breakfast counter. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with small washer/dryer, iron/board. Rear deck overlooking the golf course has a retractable awning with sling settee and chairs. After a busy day, you'll have a chance to relax in the shade on the rear deck and watch the golfers.

This property allows for 9 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $40 is charged on all rentals.
