The living area has a sofa, loveseat, chair, and recliner. There is seating for ten: six at the dining area table plus four additional raised chairs along the kitchen counter. The convenient U-shaped kitchen contains a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. The great room design makes it easy for whoever's in the kitchen to visit with others in the living and dining areas as well as to still enjoy views of the lake and mountain. You'll also be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy lakeside views from the 120-square-foot screened-in porch right off the windowed wall of the great room. This condo includes in-room Wireless Internet. This main level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Each of the three large bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and private bath. The entry-level bedroom has a 32-inch flat screen TV/VCR, rocking chair, full tub/shower, and single sink. Downstairs one level is a second bedroom with huge mirrored closets along one full wall, 32-inch flat screen TV, deck overlooking the lake, and bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks.

There is a separate entry door for the third bedroom on ground level which is accessible through the second bedroom to an outside stairway. This third bedroom is almost a seperate place of it's own, including a bath with shower, and 26-inch TV with built-in DVD player. It connects to a covered patio with barbeque grill.

Quail Cove unit 1712 has it's own dock space on Lake Lure. This allows access to/from a boat rented from the Resort marina, or brought from home for a great lake vacation.
