This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath two-level home features two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have queen beds, TV's, and private baths with tub/showers. Two additional bedrooms are on the main floor, one with 2 twin beds, the other with a bunk bed; these share an additional full bath with tub/shower. Also on the first level is a living room with queen sleeper sofa, leather rocker recliner, chair-and-a-half with Ottoman, gas fireplace, and 40" flat widescreen satellite TV and DVD custom-recessed above the fireplace. A cozy kitchen with white cabinets has everything you'll need: ceramic top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A hefty pine table seats 4, plus additional dining on the rear deck--with table, chairs, and gas grill--overlooking a wooded valley with intermittent small stream. Downstairs is a spacious ceramic stone-floored game room with massive stone fireplace with gas logs, 47" flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD, and a home theater sound system. Rounding out the creature comforts of this area are a foosball game, air hockey game, microsuede sofa, and two plush rocker recliners to create a perfect place to relax. This home also has a garage and stack washer/dryer.
Rental Information
This property allows for 10 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
