On the entry level you'll find a large bedroom with two full beds and connecting bath with tub and shower. Steps down lead to the master suite with king bed; walk-in closet; master bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower; a sitting area with swivel rocker and TV; plus a private balcony deck facing Lake Lure with Young's Mountain looming in the background. On this same lower level is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Steps lead from the entry level up to the main living, dining, and entertaining areas. The vaulted great room design features a living area with queen sleeper sofa, 2 swivel rockers, beautiful fireplace, and 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. In the dining area is an oak table with 6 chairs with 3 additional raised chairs along the breakfast bar. The kitchen has oak floors and is well-equipped with electric range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker.
A large deck runs along the full width of the great room offering a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Either way you'll enjoy the views and fresh mountain air, and the conveinent walk of a few hundred yards to the beach, marina and wellness center.
Rental Information
This property allows for 8 maximum guests and does not allow smoking. A one time housekeeping fee of $40 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 2-night minimum rental.
