Includes wireless internet. The master bedroom spoils you in the luxury of a king size bed and jacuzzi tub in the private bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shared a bath with the third bedroom with a double bed. On the lower level, a 4th room has a double bed and a twin bed with bathroom. The den also includes a futon bed and TV monitor for gaming or watching DVD. For more relaxation and entertainment, the garage is converted to a play room with pool table and foosball. This property allows for 12 maximum guests, no smoking. Pets are allowed with prior approval and $75.00 pet fee. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals.
