Overlooking Lake Lure and located just a very short walk from the resort's recreation complex, beach, pools, and marina is this spacious multilevel 4-bedroom home. Oak hardwood floors run throughout the house except for the carpeted downstairs level. On the main level is a large living room with cathedral ceiling, sofa, 2 rattan chairs, stone gas log fireplace, and flat screen satellite TV. A handsome table in a dining area off the living room seats 8, while a breakfast nook off the kitchen seats 4. You'll find everything you need in the extra large kitchen: food pantry, loads of counter and cabinet space, ceramic stovetop range, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and even a temperature-controlled wine cooler. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer. This house includes wireless internet access plus a computer printer for guests to use.

Also on the main level is the first master suite with king bed, large dresser, flat screen TV, and private bath housing a glass-enclosed jacuzzi tub with shower and 2-sink vanity. On the upper level is a loft with kid's play area including table, chairs, and an assortment of board games. Two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath with tub/shower; both have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans; one bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has 2 twin beds.

Downstairs you will find an entertainment room with pool table, foosball game, 50-inch widescreen TV with satellite DVR and DVD player, and a chaise sleeper sofa with full pullout bed. Beside the pool table is a wet bar with full-size refrigerator. A second master suite downstairs features a king bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables, flat screen TV, small balcony, and private bath with tub/shower. The hot tub is on the screened deck outside this area.

You will also enjoy a large wraparound deck overlooking Lake Lure with near views of the resort's marina and boat slips. Cook and dine on the outdoor rear deck with a propane barbeque grill, glass top table, and 6 sling-back chairs. Lake Lure views and proximity to resort amenities make this an ideal choice for families or large groups seeking lodging within easy walking distance to the resort's beach, recreation complex, Wellness Center, and restaurants.

This property allows for 10 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals. Minimum night rentals may be required.
