On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled among trees and overlooking Apple Valley Golf Course is this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath contemporary home. You'll find plenty of room for relaxing, dining, entertaining, and spreading out in this 3-level, 2700-square-foot home. With a combination of ceramic tile floors, light Berber carpet, cream-colored walls, and wide array of large windows, the atmosphere is cheery and inviting.

You enter from the foyer into the main level great room with cathedral ceilings, couch, rocker recliner, wicker armchair, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, and corner stone fireplace with gas-burning logs. Also in the great room is a huge ceramic-tile-top table with 8 carved-back wooden chairs. The eat-in kitchen contains another round dining table with 4 chairs as well as a ceramic top range, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispensers, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and coffeemaker. Off the kitchen is a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.

French doors off the kitchen open onto part of the rear deck with a large charcoal grill for your outdoor cooking. Another set of French doors off the great room open onto a screened-in portion of the rear deck. Here you can stretch out on a lounger or on one of the sling-back swivel rockers and take in the views of the number 7 hole fairway with mountain peaks towering in the distance.

On the main level is the master suite with rustic king bed, massive dresser, 2 nightstands, writing desk, chair, another door to the rear deck, and private bath with a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks in the vanity. Two other bedrooms are located on the upstairs loft: one has a full bed; the other has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bath with step-in shower.

You'll undoubtedly spend much of your time on the lower level in the large entertainment room with warm knotty pine walls. This area contains a pool table, pinball machine, refrigerator (so you won't need to run upstairs for a refill while playing downstairs), couch, TV/VCR, a full bed, and 2 twin beds in a separate bedroom. There is also a full bath with tub/shower on this lower level.

There is plenty of room for parking plus a 2-car garage. No-smoking unit.

This property allows for 10 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals.
