A vaulted living room contains a full sleeper sofa, loveseat, 2 swivel rockers, and 36-inch TV with VCR. The kitchen/dining area has been redone with gleaming ceramic tile flooring. You will appreciate the large dining table and comfort of 6 thickly padded swivel rocker chairs with armrests and coasters. The kitchen area includes electric range, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker. Sliding doors off the dining space lead to a patio. Utility closets house stack washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. All bedding is brand new in 2012.
The master bedroom is located downstairs. It contains a king bed, and twin bed, dressers, TV, a wall of closets with mirror doors, private bath with tub/shower, and a separate vanity with double sinks. The other upstairs loft bedroom has 2 queen beds, dresser, TV, small balcony, and adjacent bath with tub/shower. Near this condo is a commons area with picnic tables and charcoal grills so you can barbeque and eat outdoors. You are also within about 10 mins walking distance of resort restaurants, recreational facilities, and the beach accessible by the boardwak path along the golf fairways.
Rental Information
This property allows for 7 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $50 is charged on all rentals.During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 2-night minimum rental.
