This 3+ bedroom, 4 bath waterfront condo has a split-level floor plan which affords stunning views of Lake Lure. This unit includes it's own boat slip. On either side of the entryway are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, large dresser, mirror, and adjacent bath with step-in shower. The other has 2 twin beds, large dresser, mirror, and private bath with tub/shower.

On the lower level you will find a spacious master suite with king bed, 2 dressers, TV with VCR, wide mirrored wall of closet space, private bath with tub and separate step-in shower, and vanity with double sinks. Off this suite is a balcony overlooking the lake. The lower level also includes a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

On the upper level is the great room with vaulted ceilings and an entire wall of windows that directly face the lake. The living and entertaining area includes a sofa, 2 armchairs, lovely stone log-burning fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD. The dining area includes a large table with chairs and a bench for seating 8, plus there are 3 additional barstools along the counter. The upscale kitchen offers wide granite countertops, ceramic top range, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker.

Connected to the great room is an enclosed sun porch with an additional dining table and chairs. Off this porch you will find an open deck and a propane barbeque grill for outdoor grilling. From this vantage point you can see the full length of the lake--from the resort on the north end all the way to the south end.

Outside stairsteps along the end of this condo take you down towards the lake and to a covered lower deck where there is a 4th room with 2 twin beds, full bath and sitting room accessible from the separate outside door. The lower level room makes a great kids "club house" area with it's own refrigerator/freezer; the kids love it, but due to the lack of access from the main living area and the austere conditions in this area, we do not include it in the bedroom count.

This unit is also within walking distance of the Wellness Center, the beach, resort restaurants, and recreational facilities. creating an ideal spot for a family vacation lake home.

This property allows for 8 maximum guests (plus a crib), no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $50 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
