Off the great room is a rustic family room with cozy leather couch, leather rocker recliner, 2 bent-wood Amish rockers, and a TV with VCR player. On the deck off this room you will find a glass top table with 4 sling-back chairs--a perfect spot for dining outdoors while watching swimming and boating activities on the lake.

There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the foyer of the ground level. One has a king bed, dresser, mirror, writing desk, chair, TV, and bath with tub/shower. The other one has a queen bed, a full bed, 2 dressers, and adjacent bath with step-in shower.

On the lower level is a spacious master suite with king bed, 2 nightstands, armoire with TV and drawers, a wide wall of closets, private bath with soaker tub and separate shower, and double sinks in the vanity. There is a small balcony off the master suite with a staircase leading down to the ground. Next to the master suite is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The condo has deck stairs leading down to a small dock on Lake Lure. Within walking distance to the beach front, wellness center, pools and athletic courts, this condo offers an ideal vacation spot for the whole family to enjoy.

This property allows for 8 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $50 is charged on all rentals.
