There is a bathroom with a full bath and shower between these two guest bedrooms. The deck on this level offers a wonderful view of the Apple Valley Golf Course! A private entrance to the lower deck offers a hot tub for your pleasure too!
The lower level of this spacious home features 2 bedrooms, one bath with entrances on two sides, a full kitchen (minus the oven), and a table that seats 4, plus a bar with stools for extra seating. There is a glass enclosed great room that has a queen sleeper sofa, big screen television, stereo and a rock fire place. The great room opens onto a glorious deck overlooking the Apple Valley Golf Course with private entrance and hot tub for shared enjoyment! The master bedroom on this level has a king bed and television. The 5th guest bedroom has 2 double beds. A 6th room also has 2 twin beds. Wireless High Speed Internet DSS is available.
Rental Information
This property allows for 12 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
