The upper level contains two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Clerestory lighting and cathedral ceilings help make the inside bright and cheery. The home has been redecorated with a modern palette of colors. The master suite features a queen bed, wicker loveseat, wicker armchair, dresser, 20-inch flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and private bath with twin sink vanity and combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 closets, and adjacent bath with combination tub/shower.

The living room has a large sectional sofa, oversized armchair with ottoman, corner hutch with 26-inch flat screen TV with DVD player, and separate cassette tape/CD player. On chilly fall or winter evenings, you can cozy up and enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the log-burning fireplace. The dining room has a dark wooden table with seating for 8 plus 2 additional chairs along the kitchen counter. The kitchen is large, with plenty of cabinets and counters, and comes fully-equipped: refrigerator with icemaker, ceramic top range, microwave oven, broiler toaster oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Off the kitchen is a good-sized utility room with full-size washer and dryer, food pantry, and closet.

Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom, living room, and dining room all lead to the large outdoor deck with a splendid scenic view overlooking the rocky face of Bald Mountain. With the propane BBQ grill and ceramic-tile topped table with sling-back chairs, you can grill outside, dine alfresco, and soak up the mountain vista and scenery.

The lower level contains 2 bedrooms. One has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, a large walk-in closet, and bath with tub/shower combination. The other has 1 twin bed, 1 twin bed over 1 double bed, and small closet. There is also a downstairs playroom with sofa, pull-out futon, 27-inch TV with VCR/DVD players, and a mini-pool table for kids. You will also find a selection of games, books, and puzzles.

A sliding glass door from the game room opens to a lower deck with hanging hammock chair. This home has two pull-off parking spaces on the road plus a driveway down to the lower level for parking additional vehicles.

This property allows for 8 maximum guests. No smoking. Pets are permitted by specific permission and payment of a pet fee. A one time housekeeping fee of $100 is charged on all rentals. During summer and peak seasons, or to book this property online, you must select at least a 7-night minimum rental.
