The walls and bookshelves on each side of the fireplace are formed with rustic, knotty wood planks. Above the fireplace is a 32-inch flat screen TV with DVD player. This unit also offers convenient high speed wireless internet connection. The owners of this condo permit guests to have housebroken pets under 50 lbs, so the whole family can enjoy the Resort together.

An open-style kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker. There is a wooden dining table with 4 chairs. A room off the kitchen houses a stack washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead to a rear deck with table and chairs, bench seats, nice shade trees, and partial views of Bald Mountain Lake and Young’s Mountain.

The downstairs bedroom contains two queen beds, dresser, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower and separate vanity area. The upstairs bedroom has one queen bed, one full bed, upright chest, TV with DVD and VHS, small outside balcony, and adjoining full bath with tub/shower.

The front patio includes a wrought iron table, 4 chairs, and umbrella. You may also use the commons area in front of this unit which has several picnic tables and charcoal barbeque grills. You may choose to cook and dine outside while overlooking the golf course and taking in the majestic rocky peaks of Bald Mountain.

This property is a "No Smoking" unit. It is a pet friendly unit that allows pets under 50 pounds. With lake views in winter and mountain views in summer, overlooking golf course Fairway Villa 1101 is a great choice any season.

This property requires a minimum 2 night rental and allows for 8 maximum guests. A one time housekeeping fee of $40 is charged on all rentals. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75. This is a NO Smoking condo, as are all of the Resort rental condos. Rental rates vary between $125.00 and $225.00 per night depending on season.
