This two-bedroom condo offers spacious living area with lots of extras like the fireplace and large deck. The solid wood dining table seats six. A screened porch off the living area features a covered outdoor seating area that leads to the deck. The full kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals at home when not dining in one of the Resort's restaurants. Each bedroom has a TV, plus the flat screen TV with Golf Channel in the living area. Wireless internet allows guests to stay connected, even while enjoying the time to get away from it all. The walk to the waterfront is about 400 yards, so for active guests, this unit is within walking distance to most of the Resort amenities. Combined with the other condos on this cul-de-sac, Quail Run makes the ideal place for a family reunion, retreat or group where several members desire to be close to each other, yet have private accomodations.

This property allows for 6 maximum guests, no smoking and no pets. A one time housekeeping fee of $40 is charged on all rentals.
