This condo was great! The furnished screened in porch is what lead me to choose this one and we spent most of our time out there. My only complaints would be the water pressure when using the showerhead and the microwave is ancient. But overall LOVED THIS PLACE! The views from this condo are great. You have a lake out the back and golf course and beautiful mts out the front! We are already planning on our trip for next yeat and will book this same place. We had four adults and 4 small children and it worked out great.

FV301 very old and in need of updating-especially compared to other units that family members stayed in. (and we were all charged the same rate) The entire unit needs to be updated, especially the Kitchen. Microwave/oven must be over 30 yrs old. Refrigerator had ice-maker but no bin to put ice in, was not working properly (once we turned it on) and there were no ice trays to use instead. Also very old, scratched non-stick pans. No regular doors on bathrooms-only louvred "closet type" doors. Front outdoor light did not work and AC leaked in the upstairs loft bedroom. Unit was semi-clean, found some pretzels/food on floor in 1st Flr bedroom and a lot of cobwebs especially by the sliding doors. The unit & furnishings are so old, it may have just "seemed" a little dirty. On the upside, resort is beautiful, amenities great, staff very friendly. Our reunion group had a blast. Just a little sad I had to spend that much $$$ to stay in that unit. Would have been much happier in a newer unit.

A special thank you to Mike who helped my granddaughter after she fell and got sand in her eyes while playing on the beach. The loft not really good for small children..they didn't sleep very well.
