Beautiful efficiency, noisy a/c

We stayed in this unit for one night this past week. The owners obviously spent time and money decorating it, it was lovely! From the kitchen to bathroom everything was very tastefully done. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by a very noisy a/c unit. Our one and only night was pretty much ruined as each time the unit came on it woke us up and along with a loud "dripping" noise made for a sleepless night. It functioned fine, the room was comfortable temperature wise, but we will not be staying here again if the air conditioner is not fixed.
