This property was secluded however the inside condition of the property could have been much better. Cob webs needed to be removed from the unit's entrance (resort needs to take care of). No problem with parking. The room decor was older, tv was old, remote did not work, alarm clock did not work well. Cabinets where old and no dishwasher. Furniture on the balcony needs to be updated or painted. Cobwebs could have been removed or outdoor area could have been spruced up before visitor come. Enjoyed the scenery and view of some wildlife. Villa is definitely not in walking distance of the resort amenities however, if you want quiet, that is what you'll get. Forks, cooking utensils were not found until we were about to leave. They are located in the dresser drawer under the tv. Stoveware is found in old and reused mini-refrig. Nice new mini fridge, but small. Some drawers had stains. Curtains and pillows had stains but these I believe will be taken care of soon. Suggestion: get better furniture if possible and redo space in room. I chose this because of the double beds. Several other villas did not have double beds. This was a plus.
