We loved this house! It was a great place for our large group of friends to stay without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kids could play downstairs in the well-equipped game room or outside in the nice wooded yard. It is close enough to the many amenities of the resort, but has a perfect amount of privacy as well. Overall, it was a comfortable home away from home! A beautiful kitchen to cook in, the gas grill right outside and an awesome screened-in porch. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Rumbling Bald Resort and fell in love with Alta Vista. A beautiful log home, decorated impeccably, with breath taking views and more amenities than we could have ever hoped for!! The game room had something for everyone and was a fun way to relax after a day of fishing, hiking and site seeing. T.V. on the huge screened in porch was awesome for college football day! Walk in shower,fantastic!I could go on and on, will just say we loved it and can not wait to return to Alta Vista and Rumbling Bald Resort!! Highly recommend it to any families staying at the resort!!!
