We encourage guests to submit a review after their visit. You can use this forum to share your experience with us and help others with their travel plans. We post honest, appropriate reviews, both positive and negative, from real guests. We do not post profanity, hateful comments, personal messages, information identifying any employee or other individual, responses to other reviews, or links to other Web sites. We reserve the right to edit reviews for length and clarity. If you would prefer to discuss a specific issue about your stay with a Guest Services representative, please contact us directly at 800-419-3854.

We make every attempt to post reviews within five to seven business days of their submission. If a review is not posted after that time, it may have violated one of the guidelines above and therefore did not get approved. Following the guidelines on this page will ensure your review is posted.

As stated above, if you wish to share feedback with us about any additional concerns you may have, please do not submit this information though our review system.
