Customer Review Terms of Service

We encourage guests to submit a review after their visit. You can use this forum to share your experience with us and help others with their travel plans. We post honest, appropriate reviews, both positive and negative, from real guests. We do not post profanity, hateful comments, personal messages, information identifying any employee or other individual, responses to other reviews, or links to other Web sites. We reserve the right to edit reviews for length and clarity. If you would prefer to discuss a specific issue about your stay with a Guest Services representative, please contact us directly at 800-419-3854.

When writing a review, please follow these guidelines:

• Please keep your focus on the property you are reviewing, and/or your actual experience with this property.
• The review should not address unresolved customer service or billing matters. Please contact Guest Services directly at 800-419-3854 for questions/comments regarding these matters.
• Please provide specific details about what you did and didn't like about the property.
• Remember that the purpose of submitting a review is to provide insight for other customers who are considering this specific property.
• Keep in mind that all submitted product reviews are subject to the terms set forth in this document.

We reserve the right not to post a review if it contains any of the following:

• Information not related to the vacation property or Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure
• Obscenities, defamatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum.
• Prices, advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other offers or websites.
• Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information.
• Critical or spiteful comments about other reviews posted on the page or their authors.
• Reviews will not be posted if the reviewer did not stay at Rumbling Bald Resort.
• Reviews must meet all internal guidelines and be written in English.

We make every attempt to post reviews within five to seven business days of their submission. If a review is not posted after that time, it may have violated one of the guidelines above and therefore did not get approved. Following the guidelines on this page will ensure your review is posted.

As stated above, if you wish to share feedback with us about any additional concerns you may have, please do not submit this information though our review system. Our Guest Services associates will not see it if you submit it using the review system. Instead, please contact Guest Services directly at 800-419-3854.
