Fitness Classes

Wellness

Work it out with our weekly Fitness Classes at the Wellness Center. Rumbling Bald Resort offers a variety of classes for members and guests each week. Fitness classes are free for members and $5 per resort guest.

No more than 24 participants allowed per fitness classes due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Monday

  • Morning Walk starting at 7:30am
    The walk usually takes about an hour and varies from day-to-day. This group meeting in the Wellness Center parking lot.
  • Tai Chi starting at 9:00am
    Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is practiced for both defense training, and it’s health benefits. This class will help improve your fitness level as well as your balance, circulation, muscular endurance, and, most importantly,
    your quality of life. This class will take place at the Beach Pavilion when weather permits.

Tuesday

  • Morning Walk starting at 7:30am
    The walk usually takes about an hour and varies from day-to-day. This group meeting in the Wellness Center parking lot.
  • Aqua Aerobics starting at 9:00am (Trout Stream Pool)
    This class will work to loosen and strengthen those muscles. The instructor will begin the first 20 minutes of class focusing on cardio endurance, working not only the heart and lungs but all muscles of the body, including the tummy, legs, and facial muscles. Vocals will also be worked. Working out for an hour has never been so fun!

Wednesday
